Plant-based nutritionist/ chef
I am a plant-based nutritionist/chef with 10years of experience.
I took the MMF master class in plant-based clinical nutrition and also studied raw and Ayurvedic cooking as well. Each body is different and unique in design, nutrition and environment so we should consciously observe our body and nourish it flexibly.
I have worked at a vegan /vegetarian restaurant and have been cooking meals for families/indivisuals.
