I AM A NOMADIC PRIVAT CHEF, cooking is my passion, I love to share my life vision and my travel with clients all over the world
My name is Alessia Montini and I am a Private Chef.
My passion for cooking start when I was a child with my grandmother Carla, she taught me that food is a form of love.
I started my research in healthy and conscious eating in Venice where I started my career.
In the last years my travel, the people I met and the places I've visited influenced my cooking, that's why, when you'll taste my creations, you 'll find all me inside.
My passion of nature brought me to study the wild plants and the edible flowers too.
I am an artist and cooking for me is also an art expression.
In recent years i have also gained a great deal of experiences in vegan and vegetarian food.
I choosed to live in the countryside and to be a nomadic Private Chef : I travel trough Italy to create garden spaces to make people being indipendent with food and to become conscious on what they eat.
I share my vision and my life-style trough my passoion with people all over the world.

Mi chiamo Alessia Montini e sono una Private Chef.
La mia passione per la cucina nasce da piccola con mia nonna Carla, che mi ha insegnato che il cibo è una forma d' amore.
Ho iniziato la mia ricerca sull'alimentazione sana e consapevole a Venezia dove ho iniziato la mia carriera.
Negli ultimi anni i miei viaggi, le persone che ho conosciuto ei luoghi che ho visitato hanno influenzato la mia cucina, ecco perché, quando assaggerai le mie creazioni, troverai tutta me dentro.
La mia passione per la natura mi ha portato a studiare anche le piante selvatiche ei fiori commestibili che uso nelle mie preparazioni.
Sono un artista e cucinare per me è anche un'espressione artistica.
Negli ultimi anni ho anche maturato una grande esperienza nel cibo vegano e vegetariano.
Ho scelto di vivere in campagna e di essere uno chef privato nomade: viaggio attraverso l'Italia per creare spazi verdo e giardini per rendere le persone indipendenti dal cibo e per diventare consapevoli di ciò che mangiano.
Condivido la mia visione e il mio stile di vita attraverso la mia passione con persone di tutto il mondo.
