My name is George Dimitriadis, and my passion for cooking began at the age of 13. From a young age, I found joy in creating new dishes and experimenting with flavors. What started as a hobby quickly became a true calling and a powerful outlet for my creativity.

Nine years later, I began working professionally as a cook while studying Culinary Arts at Alpine Center, a Swiss hospitality college known for its strong technical foundation. After graduating, I spent seven years working in some of the top restaurants in Athens alongside some of the most respected chefs in Greece, refining both my technique and leadership skills.

Between 1998 and 2000, I served as Head Chef at one of the Top 18 restaurants in Athens according to the Alpha Guide, and I was honored to be among the 30 finalists for Best Chef in Greece. From 1995 to 2011, my career took me to renowned restaurants in Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, and Inverness, Scotland, allowing me to blend Mediterranean influence with international experience.

In recent years, I have been working as a private chef for VIP clients around the world. This chapter of my career has given me the opportunity to travel extensively, source exceptional ingredients, and continuously push my culinary creativity to new levels. Each destination has expanded my perspective and enriched my approach to food.

Beyond the kitchen, I am also a diver. Traveling the world with both the mindset of a chef and the curiosity of a diver has opened my horizons to diverse cultures and flavors, inspiring me to explore new culinary landscapes with depth and respect.

I believe life should be enjoyed through meaningful experiences, and food is one of the most powerful ways to create them. I look forward to the possibility that our paths may cross and that I may have the pleasure of cooking for you.
