My name is George Dimitriadis and since I was 13 I remember myself cooking and creating new dishes and flavors.

This was my hobby and need for creativity.

After 9 years I start working as a cook and studying culinary arts at Alpine center a Swiss college.

When I graduated I started working at top restaurants in Athens for 7 years with some of the best chefs in Greece.

From 1998 to 2000 I was the Head Chef in one of the top 18 restaurants in Athens ( Alpha Guide) and at the 30 finalists for the best chef in Greece.

From 1995 to 2011 I was working at top restaurants in Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, and Inverness Scotland.

During the last several years I am working as a private chef for VIP's around the world and this has given me the opportunity to travel & use some of the best ingredients on earth, pushing my culinary passion to the edge.

Traveling the world with both hats of Chef and a Diver enables me to open my horizons to different and tasteful cultures, seducing me to new culinary worlds.

George was incredible. He was extremely well prepared and listened to what we had requested prior. You could eat Greek food for 100 years and still not have food as good as what George prepared.

Chef George was absolutely incredible. The food was beyond delicious. This was not our first experience with a private chef and Chef George has exceeded all ! Each one of his dishes was exquisite, well presented and he provided details about the dish, the ingredients and a few hints on his secret recipes ! He is kind, attentive and shows professionalism in everything he does. I highly recommend Chef George to anyone who wants to experience high end gastronomy. I really hope that some day, our paths with cross again.

Chef George made my family's night. We are still talking about it. He kept my family entertained while he cooked and told us about sea salt, honey and olive oil. We found the salt he recommended in the shops we visited and bought some. He was very personable and interesting. You could tell how passionate he is about his craft of the food that he made. Everything was delicious and plated beautifully. I highly recommend this chef!!

Chef George made our special evening even more special! The food and service was Excellent!!! You can taste and feel the love and passion in his food and stories. Chef George, used only the best ingredients! Best Pizza, Caesar Salad with homemade croutons and dressing, and Carbonara we’ve had!! Our senses were taken care of in every way! I highly recommend Chef George!! I hope we meet again :)

We booked Georgios Dimitriadis for a special birthday celebration and were absolutely delighted with every aspect of the experience. Georgios was warm and engaging, with a good sense of humour. He was very informative about every aspect of the delicious meal he prepared. He also prepared an additional starter along with all of the promised dishes - all of which were sensational. He was generous with his time and his attention to detail was faultless. At our request he recommended wines to accompany the meal which were perfect. At the end of the meal we were keen to show our appreciation and serenaded him with a welsh classic 'Calon Lan'. An all round 5 star experience. Highly recommended!

Georgios was so wonderful! He was attentive and made the most incredible food. We loved every dish; he was also able to pair our meals with wine for a truly end-to-end experience. The set up was lovely and clean-up was divine. It was such a treat to not have to worry about any preparations or clean-up. He is a wonderful, professional, and very talented chef. I highly, highly recommend Georgios.

We have booked for à traditional Greek menu and were not disappointed at all. The chef was on time, very discreet and the food was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Being our first visit to Greece, we decide we wanted to try the local cuisine. To seat 14 at a restaurant is not always easy. We are more than pleased that we chose Chef Georgios to prepare supper. Over the course of 7 meals we had something different each day. He presented beautiful platters of food, family style, always with a description or history of the food, with a smile. Multiple favorites are fried octopus, salt-encrusted sea bass, crab cakes, moussaka, salad with fig dressing, baklava. He was very accommodating with the time of eating, waiting until everyone arrived. He is passionate about his cooking and his country. He is a wonderful ambassador for Greece and made our visit more than memorable. I would rate him 6 stars if that was possible. Warning: he won't divulge his recipes. ????

Ηταν μια πραγματική αποκάλυψη η γευστική εμπειρία που μας προσέφερε ο κ Δημητριάδης. Αποθεωτική γεύση για το cheviche και το ριζότο μανιταριών με τρούφα, ενώ φοβερή ηταν η σαλάτα Ceasar's καθώς και το ψάρι σε κρούστα αλατιού. Για το τέλος αναφέρω το τεράστιας νοστιμιάς φρεσκοψημένο ψωμί, που ήταν και....ΕΚΠΛΗΞΗ!!! Ο ίδιος διακριτικός, ευγενικός, φιλικός με τους καλεσμένους και με πάθος για την δουλειά του. Chef George was very friendly, attentive, has addressed all my special requests, adjusted the menu as needed, was generous with his dishes. everything was so tasty, we didn't stop expressing our pleasure. the evening was perfect. at the end we didn't even have to wash a plate. it was all clean!! thank you!!
