Chef James was knowledgeable and a ton of fun! He was timely, and we thoroughly enjoyed his offerings. He left the cooking area spotless and added joy to our evening!

Chef James was excellent—very professional, punctual, and respectful. His cooking was delicious, showcasing local Greek cuisine. He added special touches, such as incorporating Greek New Year's Eve traditions by bringing a special dessert and breaking a pomegranate for good luck, which made the night even more memorable. We highly recommend Chef James.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef James Andromidas cook for us, and the entire experience was nothing short of perfect. From the very beginning, communication with Chef James was so easy—he was responsive, open to suggestions, and made tailoring the menu a breeze. On the day of our dinner, he arrived on time, fully prepared, and took care of every detail from setting the table beautifully to cleaning up all the dishes afterward. All we had to do was sit back, relax, and enjoy an unforgettable evening. The food itself was beyond amazing—comforting, authentic Greek dishes with incredible flavor in every bite.    •   Chicken Soup Avgolemono – This traditional Greek soup was the perfect start to the meal. The broth was silky and full of flavor, with just the right balance of lemon and egg, creating a comforting and refreshing taste all at once.    •   Keftedes – The meatballs were tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. They were crisp on the outside, moist on the inside, and paired wonderfully with a dip.    •   Beef Giouvetsi – This was the star of the night! The slow-cooked beef melted in our mouths, and the orzo was rich and flavorful, perfectly absorbing the savory tomato-based sauce. A true taste of Greece.    •   Diples – For dessert, the diples were light, crisp, and drizzled with just the right amount of honey and nuts. Sweet, crunchy, and absolutely delicious—an ideal ending to the meal. Chef James made the whole evening effortless and memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and skill in the kitchen truly set him apart. We would absolutely book him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an authentic, 5-star Greek dining experience at home.

Chef James was terrific, the food was delicious and his communication was great. He made sure that we were happy with the menu and was very flexible and attentive to ensure it was a special occasion. It was a terrific meal and fabulous night.

James came to cook for our private dinner during our bachlorette trip. Before the day, he was very responsive and flexible as one individual in the group had a very different diet. He was very kind, attentive and engaging while still remaining discreet. We can tell that he is very passionate about cooking and respects the ingredients. The dishes were amazing and so tasty! We would recommend him 100%. Thank you again, this really contributed to our lovely weekend and our bride was surprised and very happy too :)

James was amazing! Not only was the food very tasty but also how he presented it and worked with the things we had at our rented home. He knew exactly what he was doing and he gave us an incredible experience and really full bellies! I would recommend James to anyone at anytime!

Food is a universal medium that helps us create shared experiences with people, places, and cultures. And Chef James proved to be a masterful wielder of this medium. His professionalism, personability, and acumen in the kitchen stood out as highlights, of course. He prepared a variety of dishes rooted in the regional culture, and his extensive professional experience shone through the preparation of them all. These dishes, in turn, served as the template by which we could more deeply appreciate the regional cuisine. "Not as good as Chef James' version..." was uttered several times throughout the remainder of our trip! More than just the food, though, Chef James created for us a vehicle through which we could participate in his approach to the culinary process. Whether we goaded him into it or not, he was a cheerful and welcome participant in our conversations, and he readily juggled our numerous questions and asides while remaining deftly at work in the kitchen. Not often do you get to experience the product of a craft while having interactive, back-stage access to the crafter. And Chef James' craft is one we will fondly remember. The highlight reel, in short: * timely, prepared and organized, which is an especially tall order in any novel working environment (to our amazement, the kitchen was left cleaner than before he arrived, and he was able to seamlessly navigate around notable shortcomings in his workspace: an under-spec'ed fuse box that wouldn't let the range, oven, and range hood all run simultaneously) * a wide variety of expertly-prepared starters, mains and finishers, tailored to suit every palate * encouragement of as much, or as little, "crowd participation" as you might want

We were staying at a gorgeous villa in Greece for my 30th birthday and we were lucky to have chef James cook us all delicious 3 course Greek inspired dishes! The food was 10/10, started off with a cheese and dips platter & I went with the prawn saganaki as a starter, traditional Greek lamb kleftiko for mains and desserts were deep fried mini donuts, as well a chocolate ice cream cake. SO TASTY! He gave us details about the origins of the dishes which was really interesting, the kitchen was so clean when he left. I will never stop talking about it this meal experience because it was definitely one to remember! Thank you James!

Incredible food, great story telling and beautiful presentation with generous portions He made us at home relaxed and didn't have worry about nothing, anything we asked James he created with love and creativity.
