My name is Kostas Pagomenos. I began as a self-taught cook and eventually I developed a deep passion for the art of cooking and a wealth of experience in the gastronomic realm. Allow me to introduce myself and share a glimpse into my culinary journey.

Since I started cooking, I found my self to be fascinated to explore all the different cuisines, techniques and cultures in which I started sharpening my skills. I found solace and inspiration in the kitchen, where flavors, textures, and aromas harmonized to create extraordinary experiences.

Formally trained at IEK SVIE, I have cultivated my skills under the guidance of renowned chefs, focusing specifically on plant-based cuisine. Since then, I mainly work as a personal chef.

I am well-versed in a wide range of cuisines, including but not limited to : Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Spanish, French, and Turkish. Since I am born and raised in Greece, I am also acquainted with local traditional and Mediterranean cuisine.

My approach to cooking revolves around a deep respect for quality plant-based ingredients. I prioritize locally sourced produce, emphasizing freshness, seasonality, and sustainability.

Constantly seeking to expand my culinary knowledge, I stay abreast of the latest vegan and vegetarian techniques, and cultural influences. Through this dedication, I consistently deliver innovative, visually appealing, and palate-pleasing creations that celebrate the abundance and diversity of plant-based cuisine.

I am eager to showcase my passion for plant-based cuisine and bring my culinary flair to your esteemed kitchen.
