I love cooking because it allows me to travel people to every corner of the Mediterranean through flavors!
I was born and raised in Athens,where I am currently based, while I have also lived in Mykonos.
At the age of 19 I started taking cooking classes at CHEF DEVRE and PALMIE. Before starting my career as a chef in mid-2000s, I had worked in various hotels and restaurants (MARGI HOTEL,PRIVILEGE,BALUX,EGOMIO).
In 2005 I took over my first restaurant as a chef at GARBI in Vouliagmeni.
In 2009 I joined COSMOPLAS HOTEL in Mykonos and since 2018 I have been working as a private chef.
The Mediterranean cuisine with fusion departures is my favourite and my dream is to share the Mediterranean world of flavors with as many people as possible.
