I’m a professional chef with more than 20 years of experience, cooking with passion for individuals, couples and groups. I create memorable plated menus and buffet-style events alike, tailoring each service to the occasion and the client’s preferences. I’m equally comfortable designing original dishes or interpreting a customer’s ideas, always with attention to seasonality, flavor balance and beautiful presentation.
Born and raised in Bali, I’m on a mission to introduce authentic Balinese cuisine to the world, while also drawing on techniques and ingredients from across Asia and the West. Whether you’re after a traditional Balinese tasting, an Asian-inspired banquet or a refined Western prix fixe menu, I’ll craft an experience that reflects both heritage and global culinary standards.
