Chef Luca Il Gurmano

My name is Luca Salvietti, known as Gurmano di Toscana, and I am a professional pizza chef from Tuscany. With almost 20 years of experience, I have opened 2 restaurants, created my own premium catering service, and realized that the highest quality service and unforgettable emotions are created through direct contact with guests, when I organize pop-up pizzerias wherever you wish.

I cook at your events, create wonderful memories, and share my knowledge of the history of pizza and more with my guests. My cuisine focuses on healthy eating, and I use only fresh products without preservatives or artificial colors.

I make Tuscan pizza with a crispy, thin crust that melts in your mouth. After eating it, you can go for a bike ride through the Tuscan hills or dance under the olive trees cause my food gives you strength and energy.

My service includes not only cooking but also musical accompaniment, decoration and cleaning. Michelin-starred restaurant chef's service, bartender, DJ, decorator, florist, and any other specialist are also available upon request.
