I'm a skilled chef with a passion for creating delicious, nutritive and memorable culinary experiences, with a diverse culinary background.

With 20 years of culinary experience, I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Mexico and honed my skills during a year at the Hyatt Hotel. I worked for 2 years at the renowned Le Cirque Mexico and shared my knowledge as a gastronomy professor at the Culinary College of Morelia and UNIVA Zamora for a decade. At Studio A, I crafted unique gastronomic experiences. My dedication to hydroponics and sustainable cuisine reached its peak , during the 7 years I led the team at the MIRALAGO restaurant in Zirahuen, Mexico. I am passionate about taking culinary excellence to new heights.
