I am a professional chef with 7 years of experience in culinary arts in Fine Dining Restaurants and Boutique Hotels. My passion about cooking gave me the priviledge to work with 2 and 3 Michellin Star Restaurantes in Seville, Asturias and the Basque Country.
After that, i moved to Washington DC where i improve my communication skills and felt proud about my cooking style, my backrownd and the products that i wanted to coock with. Im Crazy in love with fresh products from farmers market.
