Get to know me better

Passionate about the ability to connect people from all walks of life through food.

I am a professional chef that decided to move to Portugal from Napa Valley California with my wife, in hopes to slow down just a bit and enjoy life a little bit. I retired from the Armed Forces in 2017 and used my GI Bill to attend the Culinary Institute of America, where I met Annie (my wife), whom is a pastry chef. Together, we make an amazing team as I focus on everything but the pastry. After culinary school, we decided to stay in the Napa Valley for a few years and work at some of the countries top restaurants and wineries. We come from fine dining pedigree but like the rest of us...COVID took a toll on us and we needed a change. So, here we are in Porto looking to continue to do what we love and create inspiring food..... with a chance to slow down just enough to enjoy it too! We look forward to meeting you all soon.
