My biggest passion is creating dishes that i grew up eating but with an elevated twist.
I absolutely love what I do, it is my biggest passion and what I am most proud of. I have worked in the industry for over 10 years now. I’ve worked in hoteles, small mom and pop places, done some catering and private chef work for families. I continue to grow my knowledge of food and ingredients so that I am always presenting the best to my clients. I express myself through my cooking and nurturing this gift of mine has been a blessing.
