Originally from Belize, Central America. I have always loved to be in the kitchen, to be around food. Later on, I was able to aid my father, a professional chef, in the food tour company we had. Upon moving to America, I realised that I wanted to share the eclectic food of my country with as many people as I possibly could. Though new to the professional culinary world, I am excited to be a part of. I look forward to sharing food with you.
