One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one not has not dined well.

Born and raised in Vermont but I have traveled and lived all over the world. In addition to being a chef, I am also a trained bartender and certified sommelier.

I am in the process of opening a French fine dining establishment in Rutland VT in a 150+ year old converted church known as The Sanctuary.
