I am a professionally trained chef from the Culinary Institute of America. I have worked bi-coastal and even owned my own restaurants. I specialize in Italian and Mediterrean as that as what I was taught growing up in a Greek family! I love a rustic, family style meal but was trained to do more refined and plated courses. I like to combine the two to create an incredible experience for all guests!
