I've been a check from an early age being trained in fine traditional Italian cuisine. Now blending it into Korean Fusion. My greatest love is to cook
I've been a chef for 10 years now. I was trained amongst many fine lead and sous chefs. Learning innovative and creative ways to bring delicious food to your table! I've worked from restraunt, catering, to private menus.
Something you may not know about me is that I'm also a professional violinist in studies at Portland State University!
