I am an experienced chef with 10+ years in the restaurant industry. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2016 and have worked all over New York city which includes Union Square Cafe, Marta, and La Pecora Bianca. I now reside in the Hudson Vally region of New York and currently work at Inness resort as the Catering chef. My experience working in high volume kitchens and executing large events has allowed me to work with big brands and businesses. I love to personalize the experience of each of my clients.
