Did in home tableside dining with historical details of the presentation as a back-Drope;. Culinary Study in Paris France, 1991, Worked for Restaurant Associates, /Danney Myers, New York, Princeton, NJ. and Rockefeller Center and Lincoln Center, NYC. Operated Winckler's Catering and Special Event 20 Years, 1984.
