I love connecting to people through food and using my world traveled knowledge to allow others to travel through taste.
I am a professional chef with 20+ years of experience and currently am a culinary arts instructor for high school students. Being a chef allowed me to travel the world and learn cuisines from all over; I've worked in Greece, Egypt, England, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Nevis, and the US. I am very attuned to people's flavors and can work with the customer to get exactly what they want. I have worked mostly in Fine Dining and was the primary caterer for the number one wedding planner in Puerto Rico, so I can do parties of (almost) any size.
