Professional chef classically French trained for over 12 years in France I worked at hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo restaurant Louis XV under the direction of Alain Ducasse ,I spent 1 year in Italy. I’m licensed by the state of California as a chef instructor to teach culinary arts at the cordon bleu college .I’v done the Emmy’s the Grammys the academy awards .I was the executive chef at Los Angeles international airport « encounter restaurant « in charge of all the food in the terminals .I was the banquet chef at the bel air hotel I was in charge of the weddings .I did Nancy Reagan birthday party ,I cooked for 5 US presidents …if you would like to see my work check me out on Instagram #chef-pierreandrersvp.
