Hello! I am Chef/Owner of Pataconia, a vendor inside River Street Market in Troy, NY where we bring my take on Caribbean flavors, with a twist. I have worked in many areas of the culinary industry from catering to restaurants and private events. I am currently in pursuit of opening my second dining establishment, but in the meantime I want to continue to cook for people who have the same enthusiasm for food as I do. I strive to cook meals that my guests will remember me by.
