Chef Sydney Milan

My name is Sydney Milan, owner and founder of Taste of Milan located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My lifelong passion for cooking and food plating has lead me to create this business to share my craft with others. Combining my past knowledge and experience in the kitchen with my enthusiasm for new dishes allows me to create the perfect meal for my clients. I strive to put my best food forward with every dish I create by using organic products and ingredients, ensuring high quality meals. I grew up in the restaurant business cooking, catering and bartending. In 2022, I attended the Italian Culinary Institute in Italy, to broaden my horizons and strengthen my techniques. Being immersed in a variety of cultures has allowed me to acquire new skills and elevate my cooking abilities.
