With 12 years of experience, classically trained, well travelled and currently an executive chef I am quite capable. My cooking style is modern French with technical skills rooted in Asian cuisine. I come with a wealth of knowledge and also am a serious wine geek so with me, not only do you get a chef, you get a "semi-sommelier" too

We had a brilliant meal delivered by Grant - so nice to taste real South African flavours. He was very knowledgeable about the food, the flora and fauna of South Africa, as well as the wine we paired the meal with. An all-round fantastic experience. Would definitely do again.
