Chef Fulvio Pischedda boasts over a decade of culinary experience across France, particularly in Monte Carlo and Paris. He has honed his skills under the mentorship of the world’s most Michelin-starred chef, Joël Robuchon, and currently collaborates with esteemed French chef Hélène Darroze, who holds six Michelin stars. His culinary journey includes serving as the executive chef at Hotel Nolinski in Paris, a luxury establishment near the Opéra. Recently, Chef Pischedda’s collaboration with Le Golfe Restaurant in La Marsa, Tunisia, where he trained kitchen staff and developed seasonal menus, led to the restaurant’s recognition in the 50 Best Awards MENA, ranking among the top 50 restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa.  His cooking style is modern yet unpretentious, focusing on generous portions and the quality of ingredients.
