Two lifelong friends who are passionate about cooking and love hosting and cooking for guests

We are Due Chef D'Amare.

We loves conviviality and home cooking. Preserves and garden produce are our inspiration for everyday work. We has been a cook in restaurants in Versilia for 15 years and has a passion for cooking, researching ingredients and selecting flavors.

We love to prepare lunch and dinners with typical food of our area, whether it is fish, meat or the vegetables from our gardens.

Our greatest enjoyment is setting the table and cooking for new people and making new acquaintances.

These experiences have introduced us to so many people who we still hear from and contact all over the world!

Alessia and Agnese did a fantastic job for our dinner. This was a special event for my mother's 70th birthday and the chefs provided an amazing experience. The food was delicious. In particular the chicken cacciatore was exceptional. Also, several guests said the tiramisu best they had ever eaten. The chefs were punctual, well-organized, accommodating, and left the kitchen clean and tidy. Thank you Due Chef D'Amare!

Very good

We had a great dinner. It was our first night in Tuscany after a long day of travel. It was perfect to be able to relax and let someone else do the cooking, serving and cleanup. I would highly recommend Take a Chef and our team A&A from Chef D'amare

We were in Tuscany to celebrate my grandmother's 85th birthday. Our last day, we rented two amazing chefs to the house we rented. It was such an experience and we will forever remember that evening. From start to finish everything went smooth. They were so friendly and sweet. And the food was divine! I couldn't recommend them them enough! If I will ever go back, I will definitely hire them again. Highly recommend! ❤️

Alesia and Agnese are truly two chefs to love! Our experience was wonderful; they made our special occasion unforgettable. The food was outstanding, enveloping the palate with elegance and professionalism. The carbonara was the best I’ve had in all my travels across Italy. Thank you!!!

Agnes and Alicia are really chefs to love! The meal they offered us was exciting, we enjoyed new flavours and they were nice and friendly. We have made another dinner reservation with them already!

You taught us how to make fresh Italian pasta and we had a great time. The chefs suggested the menu and we welcomed the suggestion of a jazz background for our lunch. The Tuscan food and music made us dream. My vegan friend had her meal and was satisfied. Excellent.

We had lunch prepared by Agnese and Alicia during our holiday. They gave us an exciting menu, we tasted flavours we had never heard of! How good it is to eat in Italy! The chefs were nice, explained each course well and left the house perfectly. You entertained us and made us laugh, thank you!
