Chef Mattia Graci

I am an extremely motivated chef to constantly develop my

skills and grow professionally (I love my job).

I am confident in my abilities and to be able to satisfy the

requested ideas of the guests.

I have worked both privately and charters yacht and I have

decades of experience in Michelin restaurants (1 and 2 stars)

in Italy and abroad (Spain, England and Australia).

I have a passion for creating dishes and I like being able to

enhance the flavors of the ingredients using local products.

I like to create and develop new ideas even if I prefer

simplicity. (I believe that working with the best products,

rather than trying to modify as much as possible, it is

necessary to enhance its value to the maximum).

Being Italian, I prefer Mediterranean cuisine, but I am open to

any customer request.
