Professional and ambitious chef. Specialised in Italian, French, British, Mediterranean and international cuisine.
I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience in various environments within the kitchen function. I have worked in Italian, British and International restaurants, hotels, luxury banqueting venues and in fine dining. I am a self-motivated, self-driven and adaptable individual, always willing to go over and beyond expectation. Over the past few years, I have grown immensely with the experience I have gained whilst working in Switzerland. I am actually working as a Manager and Private Chef for a luxury chalet in the Swiss Alps.
With my partner Alessandra, actually working with me in the Chalet as host, we are looking for new opportunities that will allow us to express ourselves and to let taste our guests the real charming Italian hospitality.
