My passion for food transformation has shaped my view of the world and who I am. I improve my technique to provide my guests with a unique experience.
Chef with 12 years of career.
I graduated in High Gastronomy with an emphasis on International Cuisine at the Gastronomic Institute of the Americas (IGA) in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. I specialized in typical Tuscan cuisine at the Lorenzo de' Medici Cooking School in Florence, Italy. I did a second specialization in South American Meat at IGA Montevideo, Uruguay.
I worked in renowned Brazilian restaurants such as Fasano - 2 Michelin stars; In Italy I was a cook in one of the most traditional restaurants in Rome, Carlo Menta; And in Germany I was part of the Zürheide - Düsseldorf team, which has 1 Michelin star; Also in Switzerland I worked as Chef de Partie in one of the most iconic restaurants in the heart of Zürich, the Zunfthaus zur Waag.
