Hello, I'm Susan. I've been working passionately as a chef for more than 10 years.
During those years I developed quite a unique style of cooking; My cuisine is very creative, sensual and always beautiful to look at. I like to keep things simple - nevertheless attention to details, choosing products wisely and treating them with respect are important ground rules for me.
