We absolutely loved Diego and his team! The dinner was everyone’s favorite night and the meal was DELICIOUS (esp the chivche…I’ll be dreaming about it). We even had leftovers for lunch the next day which was an added treat. They were all sooo sweet and accommodating. I would absolutely hire Diego again. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Diego and his mom, Elin, were incredible! They were kind, professional, flexible, and their food was amazing. Every meal they created was delicious and they truly helped take our vacation experience to the next level. 10/10 would absolutely recommend hiring them if you are considering a chef for your vacation! ????

What an amazing experience! He was attentive to everyones allergies and needs, served huge portions- which I was nervous about since its gourmet- but packed up the leftovers. Was kind and professional. The flavors were unique and interesting- including his slow toasted coconut and sugar cane shavings on the dessert which were incredible- plus he did it with24 hour notice! Highly recommend.

Chef Juan Diego exceeded our expectations in every way. He was personable, polite, and professional from start to finish. Everything was spotless, the presentation was beautiful, and the food tasted absolutely incredible. He made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. We would have him back in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend Juan Diego as a chef. In the day of my event he was very punctual and attentive. The food was delicious, all allergies we highlighted were addressed and the food was amazing. I would hire Juan Diego again!

Chef was great, I had a vegetarian in my group and he got everything I asked for down perfectly. He was very nice and understanding. He wanted to make sure everything was great. He asked questions to make sure it worked for me. I would definitely book him again or recommend him.

Chef Juan & Chef Andres were amazing! They did a fantastic job cooking and showing us how the dishes were being made & what ingredients they were using. The food was so delicious and did not disappoint. They were very interactive with the group and left the kitchen nice and clean when they were finished

Great experience!

Chef Juan was the most professional and kind. We had lost power due to a very powerful rain storm and that caused loss of water. It was restored during his preparations. In the meantime he and his team found solutions and adapted to the situation presented us with a lovely and delicious meal. I would highly recommend.

Wow! Chef Diego was an incredible host and made my friends and I a beautiful dinner. Highly recommend and will definitely book when I’m back in town!

Breakfast was amazing. A lot of food for the 3 of us. Everything was great and fresh. Arrive early and prepare and clean afterwards for us. We had two sandwiches, soup, fruits, pancakes, and orange juices as well coffee.
