Great Chef, Amazing Personality, I am well Traveled respectful and Knowledgeable
I am a Professional chef over 15 years and counting. Originally from the Southwest Louisiana, alone the gulf coast of Mexico. The Acadiana region to be exact where the real traditions, indigenous herbs and spices, and people. Outdoor cooking, smoking of meats, seafood, slow braising fresh meat. Stuffing and frying all on open fires. Living off the land will always be dear to my heart. I travel the world always learning and fusing my culinary education with what i was raised on. Allowing guest and clients to enjoy amazing flavorful creations. I have retail products with creole seasonings, dipping sauce, for anything you like to dunk and a seafood boil spice.
