Chef Meg was absolutely incredible. She was communicative, professional and the food was delicious! We had an amazing four course meal customized to our taste; and she even made a vegan version for a party member that got rave reviews. Chef was punctual, professional and just fun to be around. Chef Salmon was magnificent!

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner with Chef Laurent and his assistant. The food was delicious, they were attentive and kind and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting a memorable evening!

Michelin rated Chef Carmine Bevilacqua was spectacular! His food was incredibly delicious and his presentation was stunning. All the ingredients were fresh and healthy. He was engaging, let us watch him cook, gave great cooking tips and techniques, and was a pleasure to talk to. He modified the menu to accommodate one with peanut allergies, and one who is gluten-free. And not just give a bowl of fruit while everyone else eats lava cake, but made caramelized apples with a sabayon cream. Everything was cooked from scratch, not already made and warmed up. Great client interaction. Now the menu: Course 1: Giant sea scallops imported from the cold waters off the English coast seared and basted in butter with a quenelle salsa. Course 2: Jumbo prawns over perfectly cooked risotto. Course 3: Filet Mignon with a port wine reduction sauce (insanely good!), italian chard, and a celeriac puree. Course 4: the caramelized apples. A meal and experience we'll never forget! Obviously, I recommend him!

Giovanni was amazing!! He came to our home to cook for my mums 60th birthday. Everything about the food was delicious and you could definitely taste fresh and amazing quality the ingredients were. Giovanni was lovely! Very friendly and professional with great communication before, during and after his service. He adapted his menu to our personal choices and tastes and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. Will definitely be booking with him again and if I could recommend any out of the many delicious courses he created, it would be the Scallops ????

He was so amazing!!!! Very attentive made a separate menu for my partner and I as I don’t eat meat and she does. Took the time to explain each dishes and talk with us. Couldn’t of asked for a better chef

The food was incredible and beautifully presented, and served charmingly. All the dishes were great and we are hoping to received the receive the recipes soon. I very highly recommend.

Denis was so friendly & easy to deal with. He was professional from start to finish & nothing was too much trouble. He worked away in the kitchen without any hassle and presented the food impeccably. The presentation was amazing and the flavours and taste were beyond what we expected. We loved every minute of it. He was so friendly and the kitchen was spotless when he left. We will definitely have Denis back for another occasion. 10/10 stars from us & he was amazing with our kids which was the icing on the cake!!

Isaac was incredible. He was so enjoyable to be around and work with. He was attentive and thoughtful to every detail. His commitment to our enjoyment was amazing. The food was top quality and he made the most amazing squid dish. I hope we are able to continue to eat his food on future trips.

Chef Peter is an incredibly talented chef and an all round nice guy. We booked him for my brothers bday for a private meal for 4. He helped with the menu based on our taste and his wife who is a sommelier chose the wine pairings based on our request of local wines. We booked him based on his experience which includes working in one of London most prestigious restaurants.. dinner by Heston and tasting his food you knew you are treated to Michelin star dining It was one of our finest dining experiences and we have been to many Michelin Star restaurants and the meal was at that level I would highly recommend to try peter for a meal.

Truly an outstanding chef, her knowledge of the art was impeccable. The dishes that were served to us were amazing quality. You’d definitely wanted some second helpings.

Rachel was nothing short of amazing. Her communication in the lead up was outstanding, the menu option was sent through in a timely manner for us to review and approve. Delicious, thoughtful and with a truth to her personality that speaks, through her food and impeccable service, to the gem of a person you come to Jackson Hole to find. We had a group ranging from rowdy to refined—Chef had all of them feeling comfortable and primed for a memorable experience.

Chef Lucky is friendly and engaging. Every aspect of his food is incredible. He has broad experience, has traveled extensively and this shows in his food creations. Communication prior to the event was excellent. The food descriptions sounded good; however the taste was even better. We also appreciated his openess and cooperation in planning the menu with us. We had two different people with dietary restrictions which he accommodated perfectly.

Roberto and his assistant were amazing!!!!! Engaging, friendly, funny, talented, and so much more. We would recommend him to everyone! The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. A great amount of food, (that alone is worth the money), plus the experience makes this even more worth it. Thank you so much Roberto! Hopefully will be booking again very soon!
