When I started my professional life, I wanted to join the Tour d’Argent, a restaurant whose cuisine and working techniques are both traditional and demanding.
After a few years at the Tour d'Argent, chef de cuisine, recommended me to Yannick Alleno at the Meurice hotel, a chef attached to the French region, but who does not hesitate to bring new flavors
Then came working in a private home, which made me discover my job from a different point of view, and I was delighted to take care of a family and work with exceptional products.
