Chef with over 8 years experience working in restaurants and pubs up to a 2AA Rosette standard

I’m Joe and I’m a chef originally from London, where I train for 2 years at the De Vere academy of hospitality, before working in multiple restaurants in London. I later moved to the Kent coast, working in restaurants and pubs in the Thanet and Canterbury area. In Kent I enjoyed using the finest local ingredients, foraged goods, local game and fresh fish straight off the boats, a trait that I still have today.
