With 20 years of professional experience in cooking, my goal is to give an unique experience to my clients and seek perfection in every dish.
Chef Michalis Filos was born in Athens in 1980 but lives and grew up in Volos. He started cooking at the age of 16 when he worked in his uncle's restaurant during the expansion of Italian cuisine.
He graduated from the School of Tourism Professions (cooking department) of Thessaloniki and then his goal was created in Pescara, Italy, where he graduated from the Accademia chef Italiani-pizzaiolo.
At the beginning of his professional career, he worked in various hotels and hotels in various parts of Greece. In his free time, he collaborated with the centers for creative employment of children (K.D.AP) where he created an "academy" of cooking for the little lovers of gastronomy, transferring his love and knowledge to future little cooks.
Over the course of 20 years, he collaborated with many renowned chefs such as chef Panos Ioannidis and chef Giannis Baxevanis, learning and enriching his knowledge and managing to marry Mediterranean cuisine in "fusion" dishes with Greek tasting.
For the last 3 years, he has been working as an Executive chef in a central restaurant in Volos and consulting chef in two places in Pelion and Skiathos.
At the same time, he is in charge of public relations at the Board of Directors of the Greek Gastronomy Club of Greece.
