I am a home cook with an ardor for everything about food. I have been cooking for my family and friends for over 30 years. Even though I grew up on and around a farm, I grew up with a pretty narrow view of food. Therefore, when I discovered other cultures, I was AMAZED by all the different types of cuisine! I found out, if I was able to learn a culture's flavor profile, I could create fantastic food. I have been cooking for my family and friends for over 30 years.
