Passionate about cooking with a strong love and background in Asian cuisine.
I am a professional chef with 7+ years of experience currently residing in Washington, DC. While I specialize in Asian cuisine (specifically Japanese and Chinese) my experience and breadth of knowledge allow me to cook an array of cuisine types. I began cooking at a sushi and bubble tea shop in college and have since cooked my way through some of the best restaurants in the city.
I am particularly fond of sushi and sashimi and love holding sushi classes.
