Get to know me better

I have a strong passion to make people happy with my food.

I was born and raised in Japan and am a trained sushi chef, Japanese chef and health conscious chef.

My specialities are vegan, plant based food, gluten-free, fish, Japanese, Chinese.

I have been a personal chef for 15 years and worked as a chef instructor for 12 years at several culinary school including the Natural Gourmet Institute.
