I am Chef Imani, a fiery force in the kitchen who discovered my love for cooking in 2014. Although I specialize in Hibachi Cuisine, I love to cook many other dishes in the kitchen including but not limited to pastas, Mexican, and Vegan plates. Not only am I a skilled Registered Nurse with over half a decade of experience, but I also served in the US military. My passion for serving others extends far beyond the hospital. I am a graduate of the Culinary Center of Kansas City with a dream of being in the food industry full-time. Our family had a great hibachi style meal courtesy of Imani. We had a large family dinner and it was really nice to such an easy and tasty option. The crab Rangoon and soup made for a wonder appetizer. Then the main dishes of fried rice, tofu, chicken and shrimp with varied sauces really hit the spot. Our kitchen was left spotless at the end of the evening. Getting great food with no effort on our part allowed the family to spend more time together. We appreciate Imani cooking for us and would highly recommend her to others.
