Dear guests, was born in Brazil and raised in Spain, one of the longest coastlines in the Mediterranean.
After graduated in International Culinary Arts in Switzerland and studying a master´s degree at the prestigious Basque Culinary Center in Basque country, well known as the word´s capital of the gastronomy, I had the opportunity to cook in the best kitchens in Spain and around de word.
Definitely stablished as Private chef, specialized in Mediterranean and international cuisine, I want to bring all my knowledge and passion to your table and provide you, your family and guests a unforgettable gastronomic experience.
As a creative, sensitive and intuitive chef, I have the ability to innovate and create new flavors, always using the highest quality products and respecting the traditional basis of each cuisine.
