Chef Josh gave us such an incredible experience! The menu was exactly what the proposal had described, with our modifications that he conscientiously adapted, communication was prompt, and he arrived and setup very quickly and efficiently. The actual prep and cooking was very quiet and unobtrusive. When it came time for the meal, Everything was plated and served beautifully. The food itself was incredible! Each dish had its own unique flavor and spin. The portions were perfect to allow us to get through all the courses without getting too full for dessert! Our favorites were the katsu and the dumplings, but every course was SO GOOD! When it came time to clean up, they were again quick and efficient. Would 100% recommend Chef Josh!

Chef Joshua was delightful and a joy to have celebrate a great evening with dear friends. His take on the menu was fresh, exciting and prepared with culinary expertise which displayed his pride in the finished product. Truly a Chef who cares. Along with Corey who helped serve and leave our kitchen as when they arrived made our night one of fond memories! Thank you Chef!
