"Empowered Epicurean" with a focus on using the freshest and highest quality ingredients in every meal
Whenever possible I choose to cook with organic and locally sourced ingredients. I prepare mostly new American gourmet or California gourmet style cuisines. I have traveled, and lived all over the globe, so often my dishes are a fusion of different ethnic cuisines.
I love bringing people together around a table to share healthful and delicious meals. Meeting people who enjoy and appreciate awesome meals as much as I do is one of the main reasons I decided to become a chef. I love sharing my craft, and hope to bring delicious snacks to a home near you.
My hope is that by bringing nutritious meals to families I can be the drop that creates endless ripples of health and joy.
