I am a proffessional chef with 12 years expereince, I studdied at the prestigius Westminster Kingsway college in London where i won many national competions and was one of the top students in my class. I then got offered a job during my time in college at a michelin starred restaurant called L'autre Pied where i worked for 1 year and learned many skills. I then took a job as a private chef in the french alps where i combined my passion for cooking and sking. I becamw the excutive chef for the company i worked at in the alps where i was incharge of creating all the menus accross our chalets, training and budgeting. from there i got into cooking for the UHNW people on there private yachts where i learned to cook many different cuisines around the world and got to travel to many places. ive been a yacht chef for the past 7 years and now moving back to my home island to share everything i learned and hopefully give an unforgetible experience with my culinary skills
