I’m a Professional Chef of 10 years; prior to moving back to Florida I called Washington DC home for 8 of those years. Operating restaurants under Michelin appointed & James Beard award winning chefs. During that time I cooked for a president and many of Washington’s Elite. I pride myself with providing a luxurious experience while maintaining a relaxed and easy going personality.
