My time at these neighborhood staples has helped to define my cooking style, utilizing local & seasonal Midwestern ingredients to create rustic and heart-warming Mediterranean-inspired fare. I also spent several years as a Chef at Kitchfix, a health-focused meal delivery service, where I honed my skills creating delicious and satisfying recipes to accommodate a variety of food allergies and special dietary restrictions.

Chef Aubrey was an absolute delight- our meal was amazing, and we were blown away by what she was able to do in just a few hours. Cannot recommend her enough!

Aubrey was absolutely fabulous! She led us through a pasta and cookie making class where we learned a lot! She is very engaging and so easy to work with. All of the food she prepared was delicious and restaurant quality. I would definitely recommend her and have already told others about our experience.

I booked Chef Aubrey for my husbands 30th birthday. She helped create a perfect menu tailored to his likes and was very helpful prior to the night she came. Her food was AMAZING and the drinks were delicious. It was the best chimichurri we’ve ever had. All the ingredients were so fresh and you could tell by the taste of her food. She did all the prep work here, so we could also see the freshness of the ingredients when she arrived. She answered all of our questions and was kind. Before leaving she cleaned up the entire kitchen and our kitchen/sink was cleaner when she left than before she arrived. Would definitely recommend and will use Chef Aubrey again!

Chef Aubrey did an amazing job of cooking a four course surprise dinner for my wife and my first year anniversary. I could tell immediately when she answered my query for a chef that she understood what I was going for, creating a menu of “favorite gluten free dishes reimagined” for my wife who has had to give up a lot of her favorite dishes after being diagnosed with celiac disease. She was really professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the process, taking time to understand what I wanted and paying attention to every little detail, down to what plates to use for serving. The entire dinner was a hit with my wife and me. In particular, the onion strings (like the restaurant, Hackneys), and oreo pie were absolute perfection! Chef Aubrey took the time to research what Hackneys style onion strings looked like and even plated them the same way, in a heaping, mouthwatering tower of fried onion bliss! The Oreo pie was also the best possible of an Oreo pie that I could possibly imagine, with a satisfying cookie crust, little bits of Oreo mixed in along with entire cookies, and a creamy Oreo filling, topped with whipped cream. Chef Aubrey delivered impeccably from start to finish, and she left our kitchen spotless with all of the dishes taken care of. It felt like she was really part of our anniversary and she genuinely seemed honored to celebrate with us. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Chef Aubrey’s incredible skill as a chef, her attention to detail and personalized service, and her friendly and accommodating attitude. Thank you Chef Aubrey for making our anniversary so special!!

Chef Aubrey created a thoughtful and beautiful menu! She was so easy to work with and was willing to adjust the menu until it was perfect! We also have a gluten allergy and she was super considerate and accommodating! Chef Aubrey was friendly, punctual and such a talented chef! Some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars all around!!
