I am a professional chef with over a decade of experience in professional kitchens. I’ve worked in multiple environments, from my local pizza place all the way to Michelin starred restaurants. Never having attended any formal schooling I worked my way through kitchens climbing the ranks and taking as much knowledge with me as I could. Most recently I was the Executive Sous Chef at Oxalis in Brooklyn, after the relocation I decided it was time to venture out and try something new.
