I am a classically trained chef that graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2015. I’ve work in the industry for 10+ years. I’ve worked as a line cook, banquet chef, and as a private chef most recently for 2 years. I have a wide range of culinary specialities including asian cuisine, vegan dishes, classic family dinners.
