I’m 27 years old, Brazilian and cooking was always a passion and opening my own restaurant is THE dream.
I always had a passion for cooking, been working as a personal chef for over 8 years. For the past 2 years I’ve been making mostly weekly meal preps with my clients. All I’ve learned was self taught, I love making different recipes, learning dishes from other cultures. I could spend all day cooking, my dream is to open my own restaurant. Always had the desirer to go to a culinary school, but all I have is talent and desirer to become more.
