I am a very well-rounded home cook, turned Chef in 2011. I have been a temp Chef in many professional kitchens throughout the Twin Cities. I do not have any formal school training. All of my training has been hands-on in the many kitchens I've worked in over the years. I have completed some continuing education courses, which have helped me greatly in moving forward in my culinary career.
