I am a professional chef, working in the industry for 15+ years. I enjoy learning the scientific interactions of food, and applying them in practice. For the past 7 years I've been focused on recreating plant-based meals that are very satisfying and on point with texture. Outside of the kitchen, I watch sports of many kinds, listen different music of multiple genres, and just learning random stuffs.
